EXPERIENCE
Martin brings over 30 years of industry experience to Professional Aviation Fuel Services. After a three decade tenure at ExxonMobil, Martin is eager to share his expertise in the Aviation Fuels Business with private clients.
During his time at ExxonMobil, Martin developed a specialist’s knowledge of fuel quality control, Safety Health & Environment (SHE) standards, and international fueling and testing specifications. In particular, Martin has expertise in:
- Fuel facility inspections (JIG certified Senior Inspector)
- Fueling equipment & vehicle design and specifications
- Risk assessment and bowtie analysis
- Incident investigation and resolution
Martin also has extensive experience developing and delivering training materials for fuel handling and distribution, including “Train the Trainer” and Leadership Safety courses. As ExxonMobil’s representative to a variety of industry working groups, including the Inaugural Chair of the US Shared Inspection Group and Operations Committee Chair for the Joint Inspection Group (JIG), Martin is a well-respected, senior figure in the International Aviation Fuels community.
